From Marion, South Carolina (via US Highways 76 and 301): Approximately 1/2 mile past the Florence Regional Airport, Highways 301/76 will fork to the left. Take the right fork down Cheves Street and stay in left lane. At the 3rd traffic light, turn left onto Church Street, travel approximately 2 miles to intersection of Church Street and Pamplico Highway. Turn left at light onto Pamplico Highway. Entrance to the hospital is about 1/2 mile on the left.

From Florence, South Carolina (intersection of I-20 and US 52): Proceed east on Highway 52. After crossing the overpass, Highway 52 becomes Church Street. Proceed about 2 miles to the intersection of Church Street and Pamplico Highway (traffic light). Turn left onto Pamplico Highway. Entrance to the hospital is about 1/2 mile on the left.

From Florence, South Carolina (intersection of I-20 and I-95): I-20 ends in Florence and becomes David McLeod Blvd. Continue to 5th traffic light and bear to the right onto Highway 51 South at the intersection of Evans Street (Palmetto Nissan on right). Continue on Highway 51 (Evans Street becomes Second Loop Road which becomes the Pamplico Highway) for 5.5 miles. Entrance to the hospital is on the left.

From Lake City, South Carolina (via US Highways 301 and 52): Turn right at the intersection of Highway 52 and Third Loop Road onto the 301 / 76 bypass (next to Food Lion). Proceed about 3 miles to the intersection with Pamplico Highway. Turn right at the traffic light. Entrance to the hospital will be immediately on the left. If you are traveling to the Emergency Department, located on the east end of the hospital, keep to your right when using the Main Entrance.
