The Question Is it possible to safely proceed to carotid endarterectomy on the results of Carotid Duplex alone or is angiography still necessary?
The Answer Yes, in instances where the plaque is clearly demonstrated it is possible to proceed to carotid endarterectomy based on carotid duplex alone.

Subject Work after Heart Surgery
The Question Can I go back to work after my heart surgery?
The Answer Most people are temporarily disabled for 60-90 days after open heart surgery but after that they can go back to all of their regular activities including their job.
